- Garage conversions — the fastest, lowest-cost finished space; you already own the footprint.
- ADUs & in-law suites — a separate-entry living space for family or guests.
- Primary suite expansions — a bigger bedroom, closet, and spa bath; often the highest-return addition.
- Guest & pool houses — a detached structure for guests or poolside living.
